Job Summary: Provide management consulting, operational excellence & product/process engineering solutions to accelerate the profitable growth and competitiveness of Texas manufacturing. Seek, identify, assess, sell, propose, deliver, coordinate, & manage applied research projects to create significant financial return on customer investment. Ensure superior customer and investor satisfaction. Essential Duties: Generate leads, conduct assessments, prepare proposals, and deploy improvement projects. Sell organizational-level initiatives. Demonstrate knowledge, skills, & abilities to deliver such initiatives. Work with management teams of companies to guide organizational-level change. Integrate techniques, culture, and governance in deployments. Improve processes using technology solutions and/or advanced process improvement techniques. Deploy sponsor/champion, management planning & policy deployment, change management, or other management-level offerings. Manage project implementations. Earn advanced and/or multiple certifications as required. Manage product lines and/or develop other practitioners. Manage accounts having multiple projects across multiple product lines. Demonstrate effective project execution, project management, project results, and customer follow up. Identify financial impact of projects upon completion. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related discipline. Five (5) years of experience in Quality Assurance/Regulatory in companies with medically-focused manufacturing environments or the equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience with development, implementation, and management of quality system procedures/practices. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or MS in Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering or related field. Ten (10) years of experience in ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 implementation, maintenance, and QMS Auditing. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified. Working knowledge of regulations and standards affecting medical device manufacturing (WSR, ISO 13485, and EN Quality System Requirements).
