Stryker is seeking for a dynamic, highly motivated, experienced Senior Security Engineer. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with embedded systems background, highly skilled on side-channel analysis, fault analysis, and digital design relating on security ICs in deep nanometer technology nodes. She/he will have a strong knowledge of the HW security including side-channel analysis and fault analysis.In addition, She/he possesses an in-depth knowledge of front-end digital design process and related design flows.
Candidate must be experienced with standard software development processes, methodologies, and tools and must have a track record of very high technical competence that includes strong coding skills and individual technical accomplishments. This position involves work on a wide range of projects related to all areas of embedded system development, including driver development, application development, and development of internal software tools used for testing and verification of hardware and software.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in physical attacks and reverse engineering, and code obfuscation
Hands on experience with fault and side-channel analysis & attack techniques
Expert level skill in firmware design and development with understanding of hardware-software interaction.
Software development experience with ARM or similar embedded processor cores
Seven or more years of experience on embedded systems, including bare metal, device drivers, RTOS and Linux
Hands on experience with Board bring up activities, interfacing external peripherals, timing analysis, SDC constraints, static code analysis, memory leak analysis etc.,
Knowledge of embedded Linux, device driver level programming, inter process communication.
Highly proficient in C language and have exposure in C++ and object oriented programming.
Experience writing device drivers for one or more of the following interface types: I2C, SPI, UART, JTAG, GPIO, PCIE
Master of using debug equipment like scope, ICE, simulators, debuggers and have demonstrated exceptional debugging skills.
Demonstrate a strong expertise in at least one of the following topics: cybersecurity, embedded software, compilation.
Developed side-channel analysis techniques to perform leakage assessment
Experience with exploitation of software vulnerabilities
Fault analysis in security IC related topics
Knowledge of HW security architectures and IPs (secure MCU cores, cryptographic co-processors, secure memories, sensors, detectors, secure elements, smart cards)
Experience in Board Support Package (BSP) development for HW platforms based on Embedded Cores like ARM, MIPS
Working in a research environment
Expert level C/C++; working knowledge of Python
Creative mind with an eye for detail, and the ambition to drive security challenges in embedded world
Goal oriented, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work with cross functional teams.
Demonstrate sustained initiative, Ability to work independently and take on complex tasks with minimal direction
Highly developed analysis and problem solving skills.
Passionate to learn newer technologies, and ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is a must.
