The job's mission
The Associate Product Manager is responsible for empowering our sales teams to execute the Annual Marketing Plan & deliver our commercial objectives across our critical Nordic and UK businesses.
This will be achieved by providing product support, sales training & partnership with cross-functional partners to ensure Operational Efficiency.
The role is also an active member of the European Marketing Team, responsible for sharing and incorporating marketing best-practices from across the region.
Provide Product Support to the Sales Team including Product Training & positioning
Partner with Internal Education team to ensure sales force competency
Co-travel with the sales force to support customer engagements, and to incorporate customer VOC from these interactions into our strategy.
Identification, planning, organization, and execution of marketing events, TPECs, congresses, and other professional education activities
Actively work with the European Marketing Team to ensure alignment of strategy and sharing of best-practice.
Operational management of product portfolio-demand planning including anticipated equipment fleet needs, demonstration equipment, and local PLCM impact

Qualifications / Tenure:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Life Science or relevant field
4+ years of work experience required
Minimum 2-year proven track record of success within a marketing or commercial role within the medical device industry
Skills / Experience
Fluency in English is essential
Exposure to marketing projects incl. marketing plans, product launches and campaigns within the med-tech industry.
General understanding of product management processes, planning and execution
Track record as contributor in cross-functional projects
Experience in supporting the sales force and customer facing activities in the field
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
