The Global Access Administration organization has a global charter that is principally responsible for ensuring proper control of access to Abbott IT and data assets for enterprise computer platforms and applications on a global, regional, divisional and local basis.
As a Sr. Security Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering enterprise services that comprise of end-to-end lifecycle of IT identity and access provisioning.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be responsible for providing support to all clients which includes employees, contractors and business partners which requires working with Abbott personnel at all levels.
Have the ability to accurately analyze customer request and to resolve per Global Access Administration (GAA) established SLA and escalate customer request in an efficient and timely manner.
Support daily ITSM incidents and service request, application request via Enterprise System Management (ESAM), and SailPoint (IdentityIQ) requests.
Follow ITSM 360 Feedback process.
Follow up to survey feedback to ensure the complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
Provide support (by e-mail and telephone) to end users.
Responsible for compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
Provide training for internal Global Access Administration (GAA) new hires and team members.
Identify and suggest possible improvements to process and procedures.
Responsible for Incident Management (IM) responsibility for respected region time zone
Work as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various supported applications and updating related documents when necessary
Participate and lead team projects
Serve as an escalation point within Global Access Administration (GAA) team when complex issues arise
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree (4 years)
Minimum 4-5 years of experience.
Active Directory account administration
Exchange account administration experience
Application Account Administration experience
SailPoint IdentityIQ experience
High level of accuracy in work performed, able to work with minimal supervision
