We are now recruiting for a Territory Manager for Cardiac Surgery to join our UK team (covering London, East Midlands & South Yorkshire).
The TM is responsible for implementing defined strategies with the purpose of increasing market share and revenue generation for Abbott Heart Valves. The TM must be able to effectively communicate the rationale of using Abbott products and provide practical and theoretical technical support to existing or potential customers. Understanding the dynamics of the local healthcare market as well as Abbott and competitors' strategies impacting the assigned sales territory, the TM will utilize analytical sales methodologies to develop account plans and execute on tactics to achieve annual operating plan revenue. The maintenance of comprehensive territory records and ability to forecast accurately are also required.
Ideally candidates will have a degree and experience within cardiac surgery, theatres and/or other complex medical device sales.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a track record of sales success, including strong ASP management and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills are required, alongside a high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel extensively.
