Responsible for direction of the organization to ensure the attainment of financial and strategic goals within the Neuromodulation (NM) division of Abbott within the Nordics. He/she is responsible for sales operations and regional marketing execution.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops the geographic growth vision and overall strategy, ensures alignment of all country plans.
Develops aggressive business plans that foster growth, speed to market, and profitability.
Responsible for building an excellent organization that promotes innovation and organizational effectiveness.
Builds a compliance culture ensuring that all managers and specialists are aware of and comply with statutory or regulatory responsibilities.
Ensures company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Keeps abreast of market and emerging technical trends in all relevant therapies
Builds networks with subject matter experts to inspire innovative ways to grow the business.
Sells the vision of sustainable business growth to all stakeholders in the region by showing value to them and the business.

Responsible for growing the organization and securing new key talent.

EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
University degree or equivalent in business and/or medical field
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Ten years of experience in medical device.
Experience in Nordics markets.
Must have either sales and/or marketing leadership experience.
Strong leadership skills with strategic thinking ability.
Demonstrated experience in building high performance teams
Proven record of accomplishment in meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
Outstanding verbal and written communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
Ability to plan, manage and execute projects within budget and on schedule.
Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and customers (strong written and verbal skills).
Vision, creativity and leadership team builder and shaper.
Capability to establish and use networks to acquire information.
