The Specialist IT, Quality is responsible for carrying out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Meet and exceed 100% to complete the daily quota assigned to the QA Analysts. (Completed Ticket Evaluations and Call Monitoring)
Perform random QA audits, NPS evaluations and training as needed to ensure SLA's are met.
Provide leadership to the other QA analysts, make decisions; solve problems; develop procedures; conduct meetings
Handle and resolve escalated issues by analyzing, investigating, identifying and recommending action.
Manage the QA team performance; provide adequate training, coach, counsel and motivate the team.
Establishes challenging, measurable, and attainable goals for the Quality Assurance Team.
Daily monitoring of analyst: identifying those in need of additional training, providing real time feedback and coaching as needed.
Daily QA reporting; incorrect or missing product categorizations, Missing resolutions and tracking of QA Daily evaluations and audits.
Conducts weekly meeting to discuss the concerns and insights with the Team, weekly Calibrations with QA, team Leads and the Operations Management Staff.
Communicates effectively with the Service Support Staff, The Operation Management, Team Understands the job functions of direct reports and routinely shares ideas and perspectives which help improve overall team performance
Monitors the phone queues and work with leads to take action of off average speed to answer,
Willing to take on new responsibilities to meet changing business demands
Test software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
Document and work to resolve all problems.
Report progress on problem resolution to management.
Devise improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations.
Perform workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum Experience / Training Required
1+ years of QA experience working in a global organization as part of an enterprise team
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
