Plan and drive to work towards achieving company vision, objectives as well as AV's mission and strategies. Achieve territory total product sales targets and associated individual product targets. Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure their requirements are being met by the Company's products where possible. Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with Company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
Complete and submit timely administration tasks such as customer record keeping, rolling forecasts, monthly highlights, expenses, etc. in line with divisional standards.
Manage samples, demo devices, promotional and phone expense budgets as per your plan spreadsheet to ensure expenses budget is contained.
Team coaching / management (2-3 Sales representatives).
Bachelor or above
Minimum 6 years of sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
MNC experience is essential. Previous cardiovascular experience will be an
advantage. Distribution channel management experience is preferred.
2 years of sales team management experience.
Language Skills: Mandarin and English.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
