We are looking for a committed and dedicated Mechanical Design Engineering professional to join our Stryker Lund/Jolife AB team at Ideon Science Park.

Is this you?
You have Experience You have at least 2 years of experience within a similar role
You have the right level of Education Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Masters in related discipline
You have Fluent Swedish A key part of this role will be to work with local and external stakeholders as well as reading/processing Swedish based documents.
You Know what you are Doing You have the ability to create engineering drawings and models, applying CAD tools.
You love a Challenge You have strong analytical and technical skills and the ability to process complex information quickly. You love to identify solutions that meet both internal and business partner requirements.

What will you do at Stryker?
You will research, design, develop, modify, and verify components/modules for medical devices.
You will translate design inputs to engineering specifications and produce sub-system level designs.
You will develop and analyse solutions, prototyping one or more options to provide proof of concept.
You will apply fundamental and some advanced concepts, practices and procedures for problem solving.
You will demonstrate advanced understanding of customer needs and design inputs.
You will follow fundamental industry standards, design requirements and test strategies which apply to regulatory requirements.
You will create or refine engineering documentation, such as the Design History file.
You will follow R&D procedure like design controls and risk management, per the Quality Management System.
You will work with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing and Project Management to ensure project success.
