In this exciting Casual Service Technicianrole, you will be an integral member of the Technical Services team, diagnosing, repairing and testing Stryker equipment. This technical, hands-on role will also give you the opportunity to interact with internal and external Stryker customers and provide troubleshooting virtually as well as occasionally onsite.
What You Will Do:
Follow documented internal procedures to repair Stryker equipment in accordance with manufacturing specifications
Conduct Quality Inspection Procedures for all repaired equipment in accordance with detailed work instructions and manufacturing specifications
Meet individual and team KPIs - weekly productivity measures, team turn around and revenue targets
Communicate with manufacturing divisions and international partners in relation to new and existing products to support local service capabilities
Ability to partner and work closely with Sales Team and communicate proactively to address repair needs
Ensure individual actions & team processes maintain an exemplary record of compliance and commitment to relevant quality standards through the use of the local quality management system
Drive a quality culture in team behaviour and through implementation of continuous process improvements compliant with relevant quality standards
