WHAT YOU'LL DO
Respond to calls for assistance
Administer first aid and level-appropriate care per state, local and national guidelines
Properly assess injuries and the coordination for appropriate transportation to medical facilities
Effectively communication with Safety Managers, EMS Personnel and Medical Facility Staff
Assist site Safety Personnel with safety related duties and inspections
Provide detailed documentation of medical and safety related incidents
Coordinate with Safety Managers in maintaining the most safe and secure construction site environment
Administer daily site required drug and alcohol testing programs
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Current CPR or BLS (Basic Life Support) or equivalent credential
State Certification for EMT or Paramedic or National EMT certification, (NREMT)
911 Emergency Services experience or triage experience
At least 2 years of experience working as an EMT
1st Responder experience
Prior experience with Site Safety
Safety certifications like
CHST, Construction Health and Safety Technician
CSP, Certified Safety Professional
Construction industry experience
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
