Overview: Reporting to the Associate General Counsel – Regulatory, the Assistant General Counsel – Regulatory, Life Sciences & FDA will be responsible for day-to-day advice to the Company and its business professionals on FDA regulatory matters, including but not limited to advertising compliance, off-label use, 510k to post-market requirements, clinical studies, interaction with agencies, medical device reimbursement, human subject research and IRB standards compliance, and FDA subject matter due diligence review in M&A context.

Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a healthcare law role in the biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry, with significant experience supporting branded biotech/pharmaceutical product(s), including participation in promotional and medical review processes, preferably for accelerated approval product(s). Both in house and major law firm experience preferred.
