This position is located at the Syracuse VA Medical Center in Syracuse, NY. The incumbent is responsible for the administrative and technical direction of Laboratory services and for supervision of laboratory staff. This responsibility includes but is not limited to design, implementation, and direction of a responsive clinical laboratory program.
