We are looking for a CCO to build and operate our US business. This includes the development and execution of our commercialization strategy, incl. marketing, market access, business model, and sales.

S/he will also be a key member of the global management team of tenac.io and has global responsibility for the commercialization of our products. S/he will also provide significant input into the product development and - together with the other members of the management team - drive tenac.io’s strategy and growth.

The CCO & Head of US will directly report to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategy
• Develop marketing materials
• Recruit and manage marketing and sales team
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with key customers
• Provide input into the product development
• Deliver on budget and sales targets
• Establish and manage meaningful KPIs
• Develop and manage US and global business plans

• Ability and willingness to work in a highly agile, entrepreneurial environment
• Proven experience as a CCO or similar leadership role
• Deep understanding of US health care system and regulatory requirements
• Extensive network across key stakeholders in the US health care system
• Excellent communication skills to interact with different stakeholders, partners and team members on all levels
• Strong collaborative mindset and problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to recruit and lead an operational team
