Responsible for managing the HCP aggregate spend reporting process including identifying and making changes to accurately record and capture all reportable HCP transactions and provides training as needed. Also responsible for third party management, including the due diligence process, compliance certifications, distributor trainings, and for assisting the Health Care Professional compliance function. Provide management over compliance training, track the effectiveness of compliance training, and provide statistics and remedial plans as needed. Provide compliance guidance to various functions. Resolve compliance matters under minimal supervision. Work assignments are complex in nature and require the exercise of discretion and judgment to meet established priorities. Job duties:
