Patient care protocols are delineated by the Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Emergency Medical Service Board. Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures. Patient care assignment may include Neonate, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric age groups.Detailed responsibilities:* COMMUNICATION - Communicate accurate information in a timely manner to appropriate departments and personnel* COVERAGE - Perform Physician Access Line services accurately documenting all related information when assigned to provide coverage* SERVICE - Ensure customer satisfaction
