Provides a high level of technical knowledge and application of that knowledge to department testing and clinical relevance. Consistently functions in a self-directed manner and exhibits complex problem solving skills.What You Bring/Job Requirements:*Qualified external applicants with direct clinical experience eligible for up to a $15,000 sign on bonus! The bonus will be taxed per IRS regulations. Additional relocation bonus may apply based on geographical location.  Must be hired into a full-time or part-time position; PRN positions are not eligible. Some exclusions may apply.* In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:  To qualify for a Medical Laboratory Technician position:* 1 year related work experience preferred* Associates Degree in laboratory science OR* Bachelors Degree in related sciences, OR* Completion of a U.S. Military 50-week course leading to specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist or equivalent role* MLT ASCP or equivalent certification required within 6 months of hire To qualify for a Medical Technician position:* 1 year related work experience preferred* Associates Degree required* Bachelors Degree preferred* MLS (or MT) ASCP or categorical/specialty certification or equivalent required within 6 months of hireSchedule: Wed-Tue 7on7off.
