DescriptionSummary:This position meets the minimum CLIA qualifications of a Laboratory General Supervisor, and under the direction of the Laboratory Director and/or Laboratory Manager, coordinates and manages the day-to-day operations of their specific section(s) and shift(s). The Laboratory Supervisor serves in an administrative role with direct reports, and functions in an exempt pay status. In conjunction with the Laboratory Director and/or Laboratory Manager, this position develops and implements new procedures, instrumentation, quality control, and reagent use.
