Laboratory Aide
Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for collecting blood specimens from patients of all age groups. Responsible for receiving and processing laboratory specimens and determining where lab tests will be performed, in house or sent to reference labs. Responsible for performing waived and non-waived moderately complex testing under the onsite supervision of the general supervisor. Responsible for reporting results in a timely manner in accordance with Laboratory Policies and Procedures. Performs duties which may require both technical and professional judgment.
