Overview of Responsibilities:
The Product Data Coordinator’s main role is to manage and maintain product information in our ERP system for the Vacuum Mart Division across various global entities including US, Canada, UK, EMEIA, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. This involves coordinating with global logistics, supply chain, compliance, and product management teams to ensure accurate and efficient data entry and maintenance, which is crucial for the division’s success and overall business efficient.
Key Job Elements:
Part number entry into the D365 Operating System.
Responsible for data integrity of all fields in the Product and Released Product tables, including but not limited to:
Product Descriptions
Product Lifecycle settings
Pricing (coordinated with supply chain and product management)
Default order settings
Inventory settings
Product attributes
Import/Export compliance settings
Weights/Dimensional data for all products
Product Safety data
Coordinate uploads of data with database administrators
Coordinate report generation/distribution for data updates
Develop and maintain expert level knowledge regarding the ERP system and processes and support consistent and optimized utilization of the system wherever possible
Monitor and review data integrity using reports, tiles and filters to ensure maximum accuracy
Maintain regular communication with global business constituents to input data as needed
Qualifications:
Required
Accurate and Precise Data entry skills
Good communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Competent in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of experience with ERP Systems
Customer facing Knowledge
Vendor facing knowledge
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
