Under general supervision and in accordance with standardized procedures, incumbent performs physical examinations and treats common episodic and chronic physical therapy health problems in the clinic, counsels' patients and families and monitors patient progress. The Physical Therapist develops and implements physical therapy services and directs patient care in coordination with the inter-disciplinary team and in compliance with organizational goals and appropriate regulatory agencies. Provides physical therapy care and evaluation services to pediatric, adult and geriatric patients with various diagnoses.
