Medical Technologist - Histology
Job Level & compensation offered may vary depending on candidates? experiences and competencies . Responsibilities:Perform histological testing encompassing sample accessioning, tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, and re-embedding of tissue specimens.Perform routine H&E stain, special stains as well as immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in-situ hybridization (ISH) stains according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Perform slide scanning and macrodissection as required according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Evaluate sample acceptability based on established guidelines and process specimens for analysis in accordance with established written procedures.
