Overview The Visit Facilitator will support Dermatology at the Bloomington Oxboro clinic providing superior service with their interactions, welcoming patients, ensuring high quality care with every patient. This position is responsible for supporting in person clinic visits, including communicating with patients prior to their visit and helping guide patients through the care experience. The visit facilitator gathers pertinent medical information from the patient and documents the information into the patients medical record. This role also helps to ensure the exam rooms are stocked, equipment and supplies are available and assists with tasks that support the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
