Reporting directly to the Executive Director and Fellowship Advisory Committee (FAC) the fellow will acquire knowledge and experience in adult learning theory, curriculum development, education assessment development and teaching; education research and development of new simulators (physical or virtual); development of leadership and administrative skills, oversight of the simulation facilities, and development of expertise in human and technical simulation techniques. The fellow will also participate periodically, as it is useful, in the M Simulation leadership team meetings, Curriculum and Assessment Committee, simulation center financial planning meetings, and be engaged with other local and national groups that represent surgical simulation in scholarly activities.Goals
