The Primary Purpose of the Position is that of a Medical Technician that performs phlebotomy and provides technical support to VATVCBHCS and clinic providers that utilize P&LMS services. The incumbent in this position performs a variety of duties which are interrelated to ensuring the timely and proper procurement and processing of specimens for analysis in the laboratory.
