The VALLHCS Lead Medical Technologist works in collaboration to ensure that tasks, priorities, goals and achievements are coordinated with management. The Lead is responsible for all aspects of operation in their specialty including preparation/maintenance of records/reports, analysis of testing methodologies, training, instrumentation and compliance. The Lead exercises independent judgement within the scope of testing and performs high level duties of significant scope, complexity and range.
