Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - Day/Evening
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)The Public Safety team is responsible for maintaining an environment that is safe for patients, employees, and visitors. To support that initiative, Public Safety maintains a staff of EMTs to work with the Emergency Department and respond to in house emergencies. The Public Safety team seeks an experienced EMT for its team. The successful individual will be responsible for:Monitoring patients in the Emergency Department for change in medical condition that would warrant notification of the triage nurse to re-evaluate the patient.Monitoring the waiting area environment for safety hazards and take corrective action when hazards are observed.
