Molding &Toolroom Maintenance Supervisor
SUMMARY OF POSITION: The primary purpose of this position is technical support in the design and reliability of high cavitation molding tools, processes, and molding equipment for the manufacturing of Class II medical devices. Position requirements also include: maintaining a high level of mechanical efficiency of all existing production equipment; developing and improving plant production techniques and processes through direction and supervision of design, construction, maintenance, and improvements; direct supervision of hourly employees in the tool room.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Supervise Mold Maintenance, Mold Machine Maintenance, and Toolmaker personnel.
