What Business Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health
Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.
Business Analysis serves as a liaison between the organization's businesses and IT systems development teams to align business strategies and capability needs and to ensure IT systems enable their desired value. This job family identifies and analyzes business needs, defines requirements and objectives, and makes recommendations for solutions using new and existing technologies. This job family researches and documents relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices) and translates business requirements into application requirements.
This role will be focused on implementing and supporting applications in the Quality and Regulatory (QRA) functional area within LRCGQ GTBS department.
Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with business partners in Quality, Regulatory, Product, and other user groups.
Works directly with business unit clients to understand business processes and elicit requirements
Maps out end-to-end processes and ensures requirements are aligned to project scope, objectives, and strategies
Provide functional leadership on projects and enhancement efforts
Leads, coordinates/performs testing, verification, and validation of requirements
Find ways to improve processes. Makes recommendations to stakeholders regarding correct approach to achieve process improvement objectives
Triage product run issues and assist in engaging the appropriate parties to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Maintain the validated state of Quality and Regulatory platform(s) by working closely with software validation quality and business teams
Mediates across different IT teams utilizing knowledge of IT, and roles and responsibilities within the organization
Write SQL to perform testing, verification and to extract data for ad hoc requests
Qualifications
4-8 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills. Must be able to present and communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to key leadership and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and diagraming tools like Lucid Chart etc.
Familiarity with database concepts and experience with SQL is a plus.
Prior experience working in an FDA validated environment supporting medical device quality or manufacturing is a plus.
Experience in Agile, and Hybrid methodologies preferred
Familiarity with managing/solutioning applications in Cloud (GCP) is a plus
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Passionate/Self-motivated for on-going continuous learning

Anticipated salary range: $79,400 - $119,490
